    Still in! I did it! Down a total of 14 lbs (10% of my body weight) and feeling great! I am going to continue past the 10 weeks!

    Still In… This has been amazing. Along with my workouts…. I have lost 31.7 lbs, 18.58 % of my body weight. I went from 170.6 to 138.9
    I can’t believe I am in the 30′s
    I was in a biggest loser challenge at my gym and I won first place :)
    Soooo Happy with the results. Thanks for this extra push.

    Still in and I finally hit my 100 lb mark! I feel stronger and more revived! I still have about 70lbs to go to my goal however I know I can do it, Ive gone this far. Thanks HFF for giving me that extra boost! :)
